I've created an org chart in Visio 2010. When someone click on a box, I'd like another org chart to pop up showing direct reports. Can this be done?

You can add a hyperlink to a box on an org chart, the hyperlink opening another org chart...

Would that do the trick?

Right-click on the box concerned and select Hyperlink from the menu, then choose to link a file as the target.  Once set up, you control-click on the square for the next chart to appear, plus the pointer gains a little 'hyperlink' icon to show there is a link.
