Excel 2010 Slanted headers

Good morning Expert,

Using Excel 2010. Adding columns to existing. The column headers are slanted 45 degrees to the right, see attached GIF. How did they do that?

Select the cells -> Format Cells - > Alignment & play with the orientation tool
