How to change magin busyindicator programatically?

I need to change the Margin of busyIndicator1 by program.
Like busyIndicator1.Margin = "0,300,0,0"; But it not accept value.

<toolkit:BusyIndicator Name="busyIndicator1" BusyContent="Aguarde..." IsBusy="False" Margin="0,300,0,0" />

If you are working with Silverlight, and XAML, then Margin is a Thickness class, which would be something like this:

busyIndicator.Margin = new Thickness(0, 300, 0, 0);
