I have a user complaining that when she try to open a particular database, this error message "Illegal circular USE: DocExpProcessing" appeared and then even when she click 'ok', the message remain and application hang.  According to her, all other database seems okay except this particular project "1010 - Tampines Ave 1" and only today.

What I did is to remove this database from her workplace and reopen the application again.  This seems to work, but I would like you to look into this.  FYI, before trying this out, I tried opening the database and it's okay.

This can happen from a corrupt design element in a database.
Try running a replace design using the relevant template (.ntf) file

Also if only on a particular workstation then remove the cache.ndk files on the local machine to ensure it pulls down the latest design replace.
