Office 365 passwords in Outlook 2007

I have a couple users of Office 365 and outlook 2007 where outlook makes them enter their username and password everything.  I have tried re-installing the desktop apps and creating a new Outlook profile which still doesn't work.  It is only a couple users that are having the issue.  Everyone else seems fine. Any help would be appreciated.

First, please use Windows Update (click start, choose All Programs and click Windows Update) to update Windows and Outlook. Make sure the latest service packs and updates are installed.
Second, remove the Office 365 account from your outlook profile, close outlook and run the Setup Office desktop apps
Then follow Set Up E-Mail in Outlook 2007 to configure Outlook 2007.
At last, when entering your credential in Outlook, select the "Remember my password" check box
