schannel error on my server

I am running windows server 2008 R2, and in my system event log, I have tons of these errors, does anyone know how to fix them?  I have attached a picture with the errorschannels

have you identified which application is trying to connect to the server and using what type of cryptography?

This error basically means that you application is trying to communicate with the server over a encrypted channel which is not supported by the server.

Ok, so which applicaiton is trying to communicate with what server?  So who and what?  I'm a little lost.
