I'm looking for a site with some detailed instructions on setting up outlook web access in exchange 2010.

Here is something from technet

You can also just go to EMC.

expand Microsoft exchange -> expand server configuration -> click on "client access" and you will see a tab for outlook web app. Open that up and in there you will create a internal owa url and external owa url. Something like https://mail.domain.com/owa

It's actually set up and usable straight out of the box, so if you just want to enable it, you don't have to. If you want to modify what is available in OWA, you can use vmagan's info to figure that out.
