I currently use Crystal 8.5 and RDC (no longer used) to run reports from within a Delphi Application. I want to upgrade to latest Crystal version (maybe.) The website for SAP doesn't have a thing that tells me how I interface a crytal report from a program (C++, Delphi, VB ). With RDC I can read formulas, parameters, etc and supply values, run report as PDF or MSWOrd, save to disk, load into DB, login to different databases, etc...

Does anyone know in general how that is done in latest version of Crystal.

I could switch to SSRS because we are heavin in Sql Server and SSRS is free. I know how to talk to it, but have not developed a complete production level report in it and would hate to get started and find out it comes up short (old Microsoft trick) and that I would have to throw away SSRS and go with Crystal anyway.

TIA

CR2001 is strictly .Net.  There is no .com interface.

Also when I last checked there was no .Net API/SDK for CR2011.
They say you can use the CR2008 API/SDK

You can do most of the same things from the .Net API.
