how to backup on wordpress
hi there.
sometimes i install some crazy plugins that cause my blog to become non functional and errors etc....
can someone guide me to how to do a proper backup so if anything goes wrong espeically when it comes to plugins i can always restore back my blog easily without having to worry????

hey i really liked the youtube video but the only problem was he didnt show how to restore it back once it is backed up so if can give further info on that part that will be good.....
