Exchange Server - Find number emails sent by an email account

Hi All

We have just had Exchange 2010 installed for us and we now have a request to see if we can found out how many emails have been sent internally and externally from a number of individual email addresses. Is there a way to find this out as we are all VERY new to Exchange 2010.
