TF31003: Cannot connect remotely to Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2010 from Visual Studio 2008
We have upgraded TFS 2008 server to TFS 2010 server . We are facing the issue in connectivity for users using VS 2008. Users with rights of TFS Admistrator and Project Collection admistartors are able to connect.
Simple users which are just Project Administrator in Project are not able to connect. and they are getting error message shown below. If I add these users in TFS Administrator or Project Collection Administrator group, they are able to connect, but I cannot add everyone to these admin group.

I have done the steps as mentioned on many sites in following order:
1. Install Team explorer 2008
2. Install SP1 for VS 2008
3. Installed 'Visual Studio Team System 2008 Service Pack 1 Forward Compatibility Update for Team Foundation Server 2010'
Any clue to solve this issue will be helpful.

To update on the issue:
I have created new Project Collection and it is behaving normally. Project users are able to connect to this Project Collection.
The user access issue is with upgraded Proect Collection "Default Collection". We have upgraded TFS 2008 to TFS 2010 and all TFS 2008 projects are part of "Default Collection".
I have 2 questions now:
. Is there a way to fix this user access issue ?
. Can we migrate projects with all their history and details to other Project collection in TFS 2010. for example can I copy all the projects from 'Default Collection' to new project collection.
