I am actually tring to do this to give a group of users full access to a mailbox, so following the method above I add 'domain\group' but it doesn't seem to work. should it work with groups?<br />

giving an <i>individual </i>user full access does work but in outlook logged in as me after 'open other users folder' the other users mailbox gets listed on the left hand side as an additonal mailbox and never goes away.<br />
