SBS Space Problems WER\ReportQueue

I have a problem with lack of space on  the C: drive of an SBS 2008 server. One of the problems is that a folder c:\programdata\Microsoft\Windows\WER\reportqueue is over 2GB my understanding is that this contains fault reports generated by the OS. Is there any useful data in these files and is it OK to manually delete them or move them to another partition.

Thanks

John
