It's important to know from where and how you're transferring data. Are you downloading from same server ?And using same data transfer method?

I just copy and paste .

server A --- apliance server .
server B --- windows server

I open the shared folder of the serverA from the  serverB's exploler.
I copy some data of server B to server A .

In this same way, I tryed both case .

At first, I'd suggest you to install Bitmeter or Netpersec into Server B.

Then you start transfer and observe download speed for both cases. You also need to monitor CPU and Memory utilization of both servers while you download.Because speed depends on servers performance.

You need to be sure about throughput between your 2 servers. You can check this by using 'Iperf' tool.
