VMWare and IE9 Problem

I have a VMWare Pool of Desktops. When the clients log in to the desktop and open IE9, A dialog window opens "Windows Internet Explorer "  Then it requires a choice of "Use recommended security and compatibility settings" or "Don't use recommended settings" then at the bottom Ok or Ask me later.  I'd like to turn this off using one of my GPO's but I've tried all kinds of settings and can't locate the one to suppress it. Does anyone know how to suppress or actully after the GPO set IE9 to use recommended security and compatibility settings?
