I have a customer that's using Adobe PDF to render a word 95 document that's in color.  But when the render is completed, the result is B&W.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks,

Peter

BTW we're using a commercial Document Management Software - EDMS to render PDF.

Peter,

Try this: make sure the default printer for the computer is a color printer. Once the print dialog has come up, then change it to print that document to PDF. See if that does the trick.
