AnyConnect Script

Hi,

I would like to create a script that is invoked when remote users initiate a VPN connection using AnyConnect VPN client. The script would be a message box that asks users to accept terms and conditions for access to the network. I would like for when the users click yes, the connection is established and if they click no to terminate the connection.

I have research this but cant seem to find an example I can use to write the script. I have downloaded a few examples from cisco site but nothing that is close to what I want to do.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

alienXeno,

Thanks for the link, I took a look at it and tried a few things but then I noticed that it is for clientless SSL VPN access. Our users are using the AnyConnect client for VPN.

Do you have a link for the same but for client vpn?

Thanks again for your help

I am not sure ; the link says "Setting the AnyConnect Pre-Login Banner "

Unfortunately, I don't have any other link.

I found out how to do it. You need to go to Configuration>Remote Access VPN>Clientless SSL VPN Access>Portal>Group Policies.

Select the correct policy and click on Edit. In General remove check mark next to Banner and compose message in text box.

Solution from Expert pointed me in right direction but was not correct. I supplied the correct solution in my comment which is why I accepted it as a solution.
