All Season tire Help

Hi,

I am new to the tire scene and require your advices/experiences with some tires. I am especially planning to buy via a store for the credit plan payment option.

Since I travel alot, I am planning to buy All season (as I think they handle better than performance tires? - let me know if this is wrong)

The store has this list of tires for my car:

2005 Honda Civic 2 Dr Coupe LX: 195/60R15

Continental ContiProContact
General Tire Altimax HP (Performance)
Goodyear Eagle GT - Reviews says faster wear?! (Performance)
Michelin Primacy MXV4 - Some good reviews
 Michelin Primacy Alpin PA3
Pirelli P6 Four Seasons (Performance)

Is there any good tires above according to your opinion? Through search here, I found that different sizes can be ok (up to some threshold?) If then what other sizes can I look into? (I have winter tires) I am looking to get tires for

70% hwy driving
Good handling (breaking in wet especially) for the terrible 401 traffic (I travel 52km one way for work)
 Fuel economy/price - not a major problem

Thanks for your help!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The Michelin Primacy MXV4 is well-reviewed, though a bit pricey if my memory serves.  The Pirelli is a good choice too.

Consider "performance" secondary to "all-season".  You'll want a tire that's quiet, handles well in all weather, and has decent life.
