Preparing new Citrix Xenapp server

I'm building a new server and currently installing 2008 R2.  I have a support company that will be installing Citrix Xenapp on it.  Other than applying all the Windows service packs is there anything I need to do to prepare for the Citrix installation?

Most of the recommended hotfixes for XenApp 6.0 or 6.5 cannot be installed until after Remote Desktop Services and XenApp 6.x are installed.

You can go ahead and install the .Net Framework 3.5.1 Feature and Remote Desktop Services and then install the recommended hotfixes.  But I personally (and professionally) would rather you let the installers install XenApp 6.x as that will automatically install all the necessary Roles and Features.  Then they can update the server and be responsible for it!

Just to clarify I can install .Net and Remote Desktop
