I'm probably misunderstanding the question, but:
     Uri.UriSchemeHttps & Uri.SchemeDelimiter & Request.Url.Authority & Request.Url.PathAndQuery
or
     Uri.UriSchemeHttp & Uri.SchemeDelimiter & Request.Url.Authority & Request.Url.PathAndQuery
