Can anyone think of a way to add a background color to form on the right hand side of http://bit.ly/zPBXKr without having that effect all the widgets on the right hand side?

You cab add this to th form tag:
style="background-color: lightgoldenrodyellow; (or any other color that you choose).

The complete form opening  tag will be:

<form action="/#wpcf7-f67-w1-o1" method="post" class="wpcf7-form" style="background-color: lightgoldenrodyellow;">
