I am just looking into using the CRM Dynamics 4.0 service calendar as our Holiday calendar and we have been following your suggestions below and have a couple of questions regarding this.
I am wanting to now use the CRM service calendar as our main office calendar:
1. We need to have the ability to disable non admin staff being able to open up annual leave calendar entries and having the ability to change dates. We need to be able to have these entries remain as fixed dates and only be modified by selected admin (HR)?
2. Can we color code calendar entries i.e. holiday leave in green, sales appointments in blue etc?
3. How would we go about using the CRM service calendar to coordinate room bookings?
Any advise or tips on this will be greatly appreciated.
