Virtualize Cloud server recommendation for sbs2003

I have a sbs2003 server.  My client wants to virtualize it to the cloud.  If his inhouse server goes down.  Then he wants the virtualize server to come up.  What would you suggest using and what is your experience with it?

So long as he DOES NOT have an OEM copy of SBS, he can do it with compatible services.  If it's OEM, he cannot. He'd have to upgrade to a non-OEM copy.

I use Heroware at one client.  They offer this very service.  Check them out www.heroware.com

Thanks!  What is the easiest way to verify without him having to pull out his server disk?

You've got to test or you don't know if it works.  I would coordinate with them though.  The way these things work, it's NOT a simple process to fail back.  The remote server BECOMES the failed server.  Then you typically need to reload the local server and perform the same failure.  I don't see how this would work differently with any other product today.

And don't pull a disk.  The same "failure" can be simulated by just disconnecting the network cable or shutting the server down.
