how to create database using javadb

I want to create an application for tracking orders of a cloth designing company using java,javadb and netbeans. The company makes tailor made wedding outfits for brides and grooms they want to keep track of the orders. i am creating the application on netbeans..i want to know how do i create database in javadb..i have a code with me,i  was told to run the code inorder to create the database bt i got the following error -

Do you have the Derby JAR(s) in the classpath?

You need to download this jar and put it in the classpath:

http://findjar.com/jar/org/apache/derby/derby/10.5.3.0_1/derby-10.5.3.0_1.jar.html

shud i install derby ? i mean i have heard that i comes along wid netbeans and we dont have to install it..
