send a notification to two users when a room resource is booked exchange 2007

Hi

I need to set a resource room mailbox in exchange 2007 to send a notification to two user that the resource has been booked. They do not need to approve anything just be notified that the booking has been made

imho you will need a database to do that and the email gets sent when the database's room location is not null
