MS Activesync Problems

My company allows activesync access to our Exchange 2007 environment. I am experiencing two problems with my iPad & Activesync email :
1. When I mail a large attachment via my iPad, recipients sometimes receives 5 to 10 of this email in their inbox. This seems to be related to the poor 3G receiption I sometimes get on my iPad.
2. Sometimes not all the emails I send via my iPad reflects in my sent items in Outlook on my corporate PC.
Are these items known issues with Activesync? Where can my system administrators go to read more on resolving these issues?
