cant run java me app

I installed netbeans with Java MEprojects/mobile apps.
ON my laptop win7 32 bit OS I get an error when testing my app as the emulator fails to appear?

*** Error ***
Failed to connect to device 6!
Reason:
Emulator 6 terminated while waiting for it to register!
C:\@backup\ATO\AA-Lyndhurst\java\javaProjects\MobileApplication1\nbproject\build-impl.xml:782: Execution failed with error code 1.
BUILD FAILED (total time: 47 seconds)

some path u mention xml is not match..

I installed netbeans 6.9 now and created a mobile project and i still get this error as the emulator wont load.

I am using win7.

I Have no idea what to do . Does this actually work. I have spent to long looking for answers so I am really frustrated with this.

I had a netbeans question .
the problem was sort of solved when I was told you dont do javaME projects anymore as you use the andoind sdk.

the question is obsolete
