Removal of Windows SBS 2003 Programs

Hi all,

I have been looking at the SBS 2003 DC that i have running and have identified that a lot of errors on the server seem to be coming from program I am not using. So how safe is it to uninstall the following programs.

1) Windows Server Update Services
2) Microsoft Exchange
3) Microsoft Windows Sharepoint
4) Windows Search Services

The server runs the following; AD,DC,File Sharing, Print Server, No websites, no email , no DHCP, all machines on static IP.

Regards,
Niranjan

Hi,

I did trouble shoot as many of the problems I could and I have also updated the server and I am seeing far less errors. One thing though is WSUS has been uninstalled. It frees up some of the system resources that were being used.

Thanks for the advice. I am closing the question and allocating all the points to your answer.
Regards,
