Outlook Client

Outlook sometimes has a very irritating habit of closing off if we accidentally press the close button. Outlook would only ask us if we want to save open mails or mails where contents had been modified.

Is there any way we can always guarantee Outlook of confirming with us, before the Outlook client is closed.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The best way to do that is with OLKeeper.

You would think so right? Especially now in Office 2010 but no. I would have also thought by now we would have Reminder capabilities for Shared Public Calendars as an option.. but no.

The draft file then needs to be dragged and dropped into the Outbox Folder.

I have found a better way of resolving the issue. Just save a draft file with the subject "Keep Outlook Open" and this will prevent the accidental closing of the client. Simple, isnt it ?
