Hi,

Open "Job Setup" within Backup Exec>>Double-click on the job you want to modify>>Choose "Selections" under the "Source" menu on the left-hand side of the job properties screen>>Mark the radio button for "Text" in the "View format" group panel to show a list of all selectable servers>>Select each reference to a server you want to remove and click the "Delete" button.

I believe that you might beknowing this already but unfortunately you can not remove the selection list for all the server's as there isn't any optionto do so.  You have to do this one by one.

Hope this helps.

thanks ill try what you suggest. What i want is to see my "daily backup job" on one line - dbl click it and be able to see all my selections for all servers - it seems they have split the job to be individual jobs for each server you are backing up - is you cant seem to manage "all your selections" from 1 job
