we need a lot more info than that...

By "Slow" do you mean you are not getting emails as fast as you once were?

Check the Mail Setup Options, Under Send/Receive
Set the: "Schedule an automatic Send/receive every: 10 minutes, ...perhaps

If you are in a corporate environment, check with your Exchange Admin

May be because of My organization exchange Server, But why it is taking long time for indexing.

Again, you need to provide more detail...
"Indexing" in what regard, specifically?

Let's just forget the fancy terms.
Just tell us:
    "When I ______________, in Outlook, it takes a long time to ______________"

The caching option can also effect this...

But, again your Exchange administrator would probably know way more about this than any Expert here...

It becomes so slow even no responding for long time, I found my self need to restart outlook again
