How to determine OWA Exchange 2010 current logged in users

We have 4 front end CAS server for our Exchange 2010 cluster. We have a user who reports he cannot log in via webmail.ourdoman.edu. I can't seem to figure out how to determine which CAS server his connection might be coming through. We Load Balance our CAS servers with an F5 so clients IP address cannot be determined, I need to be able to track it by the users Network ID.

use IIS on CAS server to find out what it is hitting.
at least you can see which server goes down.

A CAS Server going down is not our issue. The issue seems to be a stuck logon so I need to be able to find out which CAS server he is logged into and terminate his connection.
**sorry, i should not say down, i mean which server is the issue, as IIS will definitely logged any connectivity and user attempt to logon, and will be logged **

CAS server do not care about stuck logon as it recycle very quickly.
maybe restart your IIS will flush this.

side note, how your F5 setup the affinity? cookie or source IP?
