Orange ISP and Exchange

Struggling to get exchange to receive any mail.
Can send mail fine.
MX record is fine.

ISP is orange i believe they block port 25. Is this why inbound mail will not work? If so any way round this?

MX record is fine.

Hello,

If your ISP is blocking port 25, there is nothing you can do. I assume this is a home service and not a business service you are on. If you can send mail though, they are not blocking port 25 unless you are relaying off their SMTP servers.

Yes to send I use relay to there server.
So nothing I can do other then change ISP.

You could talk to the ISP and see if they have a business service that doesn't restrict any ports. That service will likely be significantly more expensive than your current service.
