We have a exchange 2007 server using SCR to a DR site. The scr for all storage groups is in a failed state.  I suspended these and tried the update command with the -deleteexistingfiles and it suggest using the resume command. I run the resume and the try to initialize but then return to a failed state.
What am I missing.  I need to get these logs to clear out soon.

Hello,

Suspend then manually remove all the *.log, *.jrs, *.chk, and the .edb files from the target then run the resume command.

I have deleted the SCR copy and will manually remove the files from the passive then recreate the SCR.  Thats about the same thing.
