Check for password strength as the person creates it

I would like to have a code that show the user their password strength as they create it when signing up on my web site. If possible as they are creating it,  the site will display something visual so they know if their password is Week, Good or Strong. Something that checks the password as they enter it to make sure it has Capital letters, numbers and a special characters?
