This is an odd duck and not mission critical question; still appreciate your time.

Have VMWare Workstation eight running a local virtual machine.  Have two NIC's on the host machine; one is LAN wire and the other is LAN Wireless.

Would like to establish a specific affinity for the VM to the wireless NIC only.  Essentially to know for sure that when VM is started, its getting its network traffic only to and from the host wireless NIC and never from the wired NIC.  Thanks in advance...

You need to go to the VMware Virtual Network editor (in Start, Programs, VMware) and make a custom interface (say VMNet2) that is bridged to a specific external adapter (which you can select). Then set this to your Network Interface in the VM Settings under Network.
