PHP and MS Access hosting companies

Looking for a commercial host that supports MS Access / PHP.

GoDaddy is not an option because I am using them now and they are unable to determine what my connection string  should be.

Security is not too much of a concern since there will be no personal data or credit card data.

MS Access / PHP is an odd combination and understand about Godaddy.  I had to tell them what the contents of the filedsn needed to be to work.  And I don't know how to make it work with PHP.  And I don't know of any hosting that will set it up to work.  The hosting must be a Windows server to get the Access driver to work.  Security is their concern so they won't let you put the Access database where it can be easily accessed and downloaded.  Which makes it difficult to get to thru PHP.
