I have three databases I need to convert from Access to MySQL for use in PHP. What are the industry-leading editors for MySQL? I have no experience in MySQL so I am looking for ease of use first, price second.

That would be the first two choices.  Your Godaddy web hosting will have phpMyAdmin available.  The first step will be exporting your Access database to a common format like CSV that you can use to upload to the MySQL server.

You'll not only need phpMyAdmin,... You'll need a good reference, too.  I like this one better than the reviews might suggest.
