Hi,<br />
I have an exchange 2010 server, outlook 2010, server 2008 R2.<br />
we are using roaming profiles and DFS shares.<br />

I would like to be able to auto archive email older than 3 months, to a place where the users can search through outlook and find it. also I would like to delete from the archive, email older than 1 yr.<br />
I do not want to auto archive to a PST file <br />

What is the best way to do this?<br />
