exchange 2010 auto archiving

Hi,
I have an exchange 2010 server, outlook 2010, server 2008 R2.
we are using roaming profiles and DFS shares.

I would like to be able to auto archive email older than 3 months, to a place where the users can search through outlook and find it. also I would like to delete from the archive, email older than 1 yr.
I do not want to auto archive to a PST file

What is the best way to do this?

Hello,

Exchange 2010 has an archiving feature which creates a parallel archive mailbox for each user. You can set retention policies to remove items older than a specific date. The following artilce provides information:
