Backup error

I get this error and my backup fails.

it would be helpfull if you could let us know what version of windows and exchange you are running.
Also are there any third party software running on the exchange that interfaces to the exchange Eg, spam/virus filtering, Archiving, etc...

have a look at these, to check the health of the exchange and defrag the database.
