you simply create the 3 scopes (adress ranges) at your dhcp server.
the switch (with routing mode?) connects all vlans and lets ping the server devices within all3 vlans... thats important.
this "router" need an ip-helper address (the ip from the dhcp-server).
this function catches the dhcp broadcast within the vlan (which is not routed by default) and redirect them as unicast to the dhcp-server.
the dhcp server "recognize" the ip-interface at which the switch ("router") firt seen the packet, takes a adress from the corresponsing scope and offer it.

your server should only have one IP-interface (NIC) - especially it is an domain-controller.

Dear dkotte,

Please explain more how i will connect my switch to all vlans, and my switches have DHCP relay functionality how i can use that.

first configure dhcp-relay or IP-helper as explained within your switch-.config-guide to point to your real DHCP-Server.
than configure the additional leases at your DHCP-Server. (new scope)
