web design help with layout columns

i'm trying to have everything below the 3 columns of sandwich, soups, and calzones, to move up and down based on the content of these three columns. Ideally, the same concept for the text that begins "Fri-Sat".
I am new to this and see that i have so many styles created - is this an issue?
i have no idea why the text in the tables refers to what language format it is in?  Maybe if i could understand the auto flow based on the content, i could take the tables out and just enter the content directly into the div?
on the attached screenshot, you can see how i have to move the text etc, to display correctly in the browser.  is this normal?  attached is my very messy code as well.
any help is much appreciated i'm sure this is easier then it seems
