I have a question about vmware resource pool creation. When we create vm guest, it creates with default value.
When do you need to bring it into resource pool?
Also, I saw the following values for resource cpu
shares -4000 -
How this calculation works? What does 4000 represent?
reservation
limit

Thank you very much. We can create the resource pool in the cluster level or esx host level right?
