Service Broker Message Queue

Hi all,
I have previously posted a question regarding the Target was not able to send a respond back to the Initiator.  Now I am facing other issues. When the Initiator sends a message to the Target, the Target accepts the message but not able to send an acknowlegdement back to the Initiator. Attaching the profile to the Target gives the following:
EventClass Broker:Message undeliverable, EventSubClass 1 - Sequenced Message, TextData = "This message could not be delivered because it is a duplicate."
EventClass Broker:Connection, EventSubClass 4 - Closing, TextData = 'An error occurred while receiving data: '10054(An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.)'.'

Attaching the profiler at the Initator gives the following:
EventClass Broker:Connection, EventSubClass 4 - Closing, TextData = "The connection was closed by the remote end, or an error occurred while receiving data: '64(The specified network name is no longer available.)'"

See filed attached for our network configuration between the initator and the target

Can someone please help us resolving these issues?

Many Thanks
