Problem with MDAC on Windows 2003 SP2

I have a problem with MDAC.
When I try to install Trend Antivirus on the server, it tells me that
 "Automation server can't create object".

When I search for this error, Trend tells me that this could occur because of a problem with MDAC.
http://esupport.trendmicro.com/solution/en-us/1054385.aspx

I have downloaded the component checker tool from Microsoft as it says in the document from Trend.

When I run the tool, it finds MDAC 2.8 SP2 on Windows Server 2003 SP2.
Then it tells me that there are some files that have a different version than expected.

The files:
MSADCO.DLL
MSADCS.DLL
MSADO15.DLL
MSADOMD.DLL
MSADOX.DLL
MSJRO.DLL
are version 2.82.4795.0. The ckecker tool expected version 2.82.3959.0

ODBC32.DLL is version 3.526.4795.0. Expected version 3.526.3959.0
MSXML3.DLL is version 8.100.1051.0. Expected version 8.80.1185.0

How can I fix this without causing software to stop working on the server?

And then?

The thing is that there are newer files in MDAC than expected.
If I install the old version, is it possible that some applications does not work as they should?
If I lookup the newer version number, it looks like it's from a security update from Microsoft.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2419635

Is it possible that this security update is not completly installed?

I would expect that the system is aware of the file version if the security update is installed correctly.

Is it possible to install the update again?
Now it seems like this problem prohibit installation of many applications on the server.
Anyone got an idea?
