public calendar in exchange 2007

I have Exchange 2007 server.My project is:

1.our 5 clients  wants to use only one calendar(TEST1) together.
2.our 5 clients can write+change calendar(TEST1) information rights on this calendar.

If i am not wrongI need to create  a Public calendar ,how can i do this on exchnage 2007 server?

Make a ressource calendar in Exchange Management Console. Such as Create Mailbox...

sorry i did not understand exacly Do i need to create Room Mailbox or Equipment Mailbox?
your doc explains New room Mailbox.
