breadcrumb for a website

on my website, on the pages like this http://www.lifeintheuktest.co/about-life-in-the-uk-test.aspx, what will be the best place to have breadcrumb? I am not good at designing and tried a few things but the breadcrumb does not look good. Can any css expert give me a small example that I can try for breadcrumb on the above page

I would personally put it right below the navigation.
