Email Delivery Failure
I have one user that is having the following problem.
Occupationally when sending an email they are getting an NDR with the following text.
IMCEAMAILTO-sharon+5Frose2 +40hotmail +2Eco+2Euk @mydomain. com
#550 5.4.4 ROUTING.NoNextHop; unable to route ##
For some reason our domain name is being added to the end of the recipients address and it is then unable to route the email.
This is very sporadic and currently only affecting one user. Personally I believe it is likely to be a user error?
Anyone else seen this behaviour. Also using Outlook 2010.
Regards
Steve
