Unable to registerd a blackberry after migration to Exchange 2010
Hello,
We had Exchange 2007 setup with BES Express. Last week, a new Exchange server was introduced with 2010. The users were migrated over after a test bed and they worked fine. We then started to get issues where some users were saying they were unable to send, but could receive fine on their blackberries. The user was deleted and re-setup, which seems to be fine. A couple of more users had the same issue over the next day. Now, if the user is deleted from BES Express and re-add (which is fine), they are unable to activate their blackberries with the new activation code. The device times out while trying to activate. For the Exchange 2010 deployment, nothing was touched on the BES server itself. All users have Send As enabled under BESAdmin...
