Upgrade SQL express to SQL Standard or Web edition

Hi Guys,

could you please provide the procedure to upgrade SQL express to SQL Web / Standard 2008 R2 edition

 SQL 2008 R2
OS: Windows 2008 R2 standard

this server got live Databases, so I have to make sure there shouldn't be any data loss

and also provide me procedure Backup all Databases including logs at one go
